The house has six bedrooms, four of which are air-conditioned and two have fans. The lower floor has two bathrooms and separate toilets. The upper floor has already been added and has two bedrooms with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an induction stove. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or on the covered outdoor terrace. The terrace connects directly to a spacious garden with swimming pool.
For larger groups, it is possible to rent the studio. This includes an additional double bedroom with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a kitchen with a refrigerator. This makes the house suitable for groups of up to 14 people.
For stays with more than six people, an additional fee of €7.50 per person per night applies.
